Pain management for humans and our best friends.

Good morning ya'll. This is my second blog! I don't know if anyone will ever read these but I write in hopes to help at least one person. Today I started my monthly. Oh it really is the pits. To top it off I'm out of oil. I have a delivery today with 2 new flavors Strawberry kiwi oil and Tangerine oil.  I'm super excited about them both. So I sit here very very uncomfortable with a level 6 pain and 600mg of ibuprofen in my system... it no longer dowsing anything for me. Only helps to take the edge off. My oil helps me function and I generally don't need any pain medication with my oil use.

Almost a year ago I was in the ER for dehydration and bloody stools. I had been taking 800mg ibuprofen tabs. It weakend my stomach lining and I got sick from a stomachance bug that is normally very harmless. Easy but long fix. Just shortly after I healed my best friend got sick.

My dog Lillian was diagnosed with what was thought to be kidney failer and extreamly bad arthritis in all joints and in her lowe spine. She had very little energy and walked with difficulty. I hadn't seen her run in a while and her appetite was fadding. How did this happen so fast? Vet said 2-3 weeks... how is 2-3 weeks enough to say good bye to your best friend for over 13 years... I was befutteled. After lots of research I changed her diet and started making her food with limits and was introduced to CBD oil and its abilities. On a whim, for my girls comfort I bought a bottle. My baby girl was walking with ease after her second dose. She appeared to be pain free AND she even had a better appetite.  She lived for 4 months after her diagnosis. She now rests in her favorite "bark at the neighbors cat" spot under the tree in my front yard. I'd like to say she had a thankful look for everything on the day she passed. I knew there would come a day when the oil wouldn't be a help anymore. She was so stubborn and when she collapsed in my arms I knew it was time.

I miss her so much. But alot of good has come from this. I currently have other dogs and a foster dog. Each has their own crazy personality. My foster has ADHD I swear, with Cbd oil she is able to focus and learn tricks and playing techniques. I have a stray Fifi that has become part of the family that has a small agression issue.
